Mauritania President receives Saudi Envoy

The newly elected President Sidi Ould Cheikh Abdallahi, who assumed office yesterday, received here today Mohammed Fayez Al-Shalaan, the Saudi Charge de affairs to Mauritania.
During the meeting, AL-Shalaan conveyed greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz, the Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General on the election of Sidi Ould Abdallahi as new Mauritanian president.
