Three explosive devices targeted buildings in southwest France's Basque country, causing property damage but no injuries, authorities said. One of the devices that exploded late Wednesday damaged a real estate agency in Saint-Jean-de-Luz on the coast, police officials said. Another destroyed a building under construction in the town of Cibourne, while a third targeted a holiday home in Guethary. The home was not damaged. There was no immediate claim of responsibility, the Associated Press reported.
