Published in Saudi Press Agency on 18 - 04 - 2007

PURSUANT TO THE STATEMENTS ISSUED ON THE KILLING OF FOUR FRENCH EXPATRIATES IN THE VICINITY OF ALMADINAH ALMUNAWARAH ON MONDAY 8/2/1428 H. , AN OFFICIAL SOURCE OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR SAID THAT IT HAS BEEN APPARENT FROM THE DEVELOPMENTS OF INVESTIGATIONS THAT THE WANTED WALEED BIN MUTLAQ ALRADDADI, WHO WAS RECENTLY KILLED DURING A SHOOTOUT WITH THE SECURITY FORCES, WAS MOVING. JUST BEFORE THE INCIDENT OCCURS, IN ALMILAILEEH VILLAGE, ACCOMPANIED BY MAJED BIN MAEEDH BIN RASHID ALHARBI, AND BOTH OF THEM SAW THE WANDERING GROUP OF FRENCH EXPATRIATES WHO HAVE LOST THEIR WAY AND WERE ASKING FOR GUIDANCE. HE SUMMONED ABDULLAH BIN SAYER ALMOHAMMADI TO PARTICIPATE, ALL OF THEM, IN COMMITTING THIS ATROCIOUS CRIME OF KILLING INNOCENTS. THEN THEY QUIT THE SCENE TO BE JOINED BY NASSIR BIN LATEEF ALBALAWI. THANKS TO ALLAH ALMIGHTY, THE SECURITY FORCES WERE ABLE TO UNVEIL THE MYSTERIES OF THIS VILLAINOUS PLOT AND REACH ITS MASTERMIND WALEED BIN MUTLAQ ALRADDADI WHO WAS ON THE LIST OF THE WANTED BY THE SECURITY AUTHORITIES AS HE WAS ASSOCIATED TO THE DEVIANT GROUP AND WAS MOVING AMONG THEIR HIDEOUTS AND PARTICIPATING IN A NUMBER OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. CRIMINAL LABORATORY TESTS VERIFIED THAT MOST OF FIRE SHOOTING ON THE FRENCH EXPATRIATES WAS FROM THE WEAPON FOUND WITH HIM. HOWEVER, HE RECEIVED THE FATE AWAITING HIM, SIMILAR TO ANY VIOLATOR OF THE SECURITY OF THIS COUNTRY.
THE SECURITY FORCES WERE ALSO ABLE TO APPREHEND EIGHT SAUDI NATIONALS WITH DIRECT RELATION WITH THE CULPRITS AS THEY HAVE PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO THEM DESPITE WARNING THAT WHOEVER PROVIDES REFUGE OR COVER-UP OR ANY KIND OF ASSISTANCE TO THE CULPRITS WILL BE CONSIDERED PART OF THEM.
THE MINISTRY URGES ALL PARTIES SUSPECTED TO HAVE LINKS WITH THIS ACCIDENT AND BEING NOTIFIED THROUGH THEIR FIRST OF KIN AND RELATIVES TO REPORT TO THE SECURITY AUTHORITIES. THE MINISTRY ALSO URGES WHOEVER HAS ANY INFORMATION ABOUT EACH OF: ABDULLAH BIN SAYER ALMOHAMMADI, NASSER BIN LATEEF ALBALAWI AND MAJED BIN MAEEDH BIN RASHID ALHARBI TO REPORT TO THE NEAREST SECURITY POST, NOTING THAT SUCH REPORTERS WILL RECEIVE THE PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED PREMIUMS THAT COULD REACH SEVEN MILLION SAUDI RIYALS.
