The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz received at his palace in Riyadh today Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, General President of Youth Welfare, who is also Chief of the Saudi Olympic Committee; Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Vice-General President of Youth Welfare and Vice-Chief of the Saudi Olympic Committee, who led the Saudi delegation to the 15th Asian Games recently held in Doha; members of the Olympic Committee; heads of sports federations; and members of the Kingdom's teams that won a number of gold, silver and bronze medals in equestrian, athletics, bowling, karate and volleyball competitions. The monarch welcomed them and congratulated them on sport achievements, urging them to continue developing their performance, be endowed with morality and adhere to good Islamic belief in all their affairs, and wishing them all success. In his name and on their behalf, Prince Sultan bin Fahd thanked the monarch for receiving and directing them, stressing that the sport achievements came as a result of the continuous support by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz. At the end of the audience, the king handed rewards over the administrative and technical staff and the players. The audience was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the King; and a number of officials.
