Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Hashim bin Abdullah Yamani has approved the establishment of a National industry Company as a limited stock company. The capital of the company, which amounts to SR 320 million, is divided into 32 million shares. The Nominal value of each share amounts to SR10. The company will be managed by a 7-member board of directors which will be appointed by the company's general assembly. The establishment of the company comes in line with the policy of the government to broaden the economic base and diversify the sources of the national income. -- SPA
