Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Nabih Barri has said it is doubtful that the current crisis in Lebanon will be settled before the convening of the Arab summit due to be held in Riyadh on Tuesday. He stressed the importance of resorting to dialogue with Lebanese MP Saad Al-Hariri either before or after the convening of the summit. In a statement to the Lebanese daily "Al-Nahar", published today, Barri affirmed that there is no alternative to dialogue for reaching the desired solutions. "We will remain open for dialogue and compromise for the settlement of the current crisis," he pointed out. -- SPA
