THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ AND VISITING KING HAMAD BIN ISA AL KHALIFA OF THE KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN CO-CHAIRED AN OFFICIAL ROUND OF TALKS BETWEEN THE SAUDI AND BAHRAINI SIDES AT KING ABDULLAH'S PALACE IN RIYADH TODAY.
AT THE OUTSET OF THE MEETING, KING ABDULLAH WELCOMED THE KING OF BAHRAIN IN HIS SECOND COUNTRY: THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA.
ON HIS PART, THE KING OF BAHRAIN THANKED THE MONARCH FOR WARM WELCOME AND GENEROUS HOSPITALITY ACCORDED TO HIM AND ACCOMPANYING DELEGATION.
THEN THEY DISCUSSED THE OVERALL INCIDENTS AND DEVELOPMENTS AT THE GULF, ARAB, ISLAMIC AND INTERNATIONAL ARENAS, LED BY THE PALESTINIAN ISSUE AND SITUATION IN IRAQ IN ADDITION TO ASPECTS OF COOPERATION BETWEEN THE TWO COUNTRIES, AND WAYS OF ENHANCING THEM IN ALL FIELDS IN A WAY THAT SERVES THE INTERESTS OF THE TWO COUNTRIES AND PEOPLES.
