EGYPTIAN FOREIGN MINISTER AHMAD ABUL-GHAIT LEFT HERE TODAY FOR AMMAN ON A BRIEF VISIT TO JORDAN. WHILE IN AMMAN, ABUL-GHAIT WILL PARTICIPATE IN A TRIPARTITE MEETING WHICH WILL ALSO INCLUDE SAUDI FOREIGN MINISTER PRINCE SAUD AL-FAISAL AND HIS JORDANIAN COUNTERPART ABDUL-ILAH AL-KHATEEB. THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO REVIEW A NUMBER OF TOPICS INCLUDING TOPICS PERTAINING TO THE ARAB SUMMIT DUE TO BE HELD LATER THIS MONTH IN RIYADH. THEY WILL ALSO REVIEW MEANS FOR ENHANCING JOINT ARAB WORK AND COOPERATION NOTABLY IN THE ECONOMIC DOMAINS AS WELL AS COOPERATION BETWEEN THE ARAB COUNTRIES AND THE REGIONAL BLOCS.
