The fourth round of composite dialogue between Pakistan and India will be held in Islamabad on March 13-14 to discuss different issues, including the Kashmir dispute, officials said. The agenda of the dialogue will include the issue of Jammu and Kashmir, Siachen, Sir Creek, peace and security, Wuller barrage, trade and commerce, terrorism and drug trafficking. President General Pervez Musharraf has already given proposals to resolve the core issue of Kashmir. Foreign Secretary Riaz Muhammad Khan will lead the Pakistan side while Shivshankar Menon, Indian foreign secretary, along with officials of the Ministry of External Affairs will reach Islamabad to represent their country at the talks.
