Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance Sheikh Salih bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh, who is currently visiting Brunei, met here today Brunei's Minister of Religious Affairs Dr. Mohammed Zain Sarialdin. During the meeting, Brunei's minister warmly welcomed Sheikh Salih and his accompanying delegation, lauding the great role of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in the service of Islam and Muslims. Dr. Mohammed appraised Saudi Arabia's hosting the General Secretariat of the Conference of Ministers of Islamic Affairs, and its stance vis-à-vis the Muslims throughout the world. On his part, Salih underscored the importance of boosting relations among the Muslim countries. He said "The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah is keen on narrowing the gap among the Muslims," he said. Sheikh Salih arrived in Brunei last night on an official visit to the country. -- SPA
