A roadside blast in eastern Sri Lanka killed a policeman and two civilians on Wednesday, The Associated Press quoted the military as saying. The bomb, fixed to a parked bicycle, exploded near a police vehicle in Oddamavadi town in Batticaloa district, military spokesman Brig. Prasad Samarasinghe said. Samarasinghe said 10 civilians and four police were wounded in the blast which he blamed on separatist Tamil Tiger rebels.
