Negotiators of North and South Korea have agreed to hold a ministerial meeting in Pyongyang on February 27. The accord was reached at consultations in the North Korean town of Kesong on Thursday. The last, 19th round of inter-Korean talks at the ministerial level was held in Pusan from July 11-3 last year, without result. A South Korean delegation then called on Pyongyang to return to a moratorium on tests of ballistic missiles and to the six-nation talks on the North Korean nuclear issue. The preparation for the resumption of the Korean dialogue began after the successful completion of the fifth round of the six-party talks in Beijing on Tuesday.
