Saudi Aramco president and chief executive officer Abdallah S. Jum'ah has said the future will be powered by the mind, and he challenged students to become agents of change to help form that future. Jum'ah made those remarks at a dinner held in his honor in Boston attended by Saudi Aramco-sponsored students and other Saudi students from the greater Boston area. He told the group that Saudi Aramco is addressing environmental concerns regarding hydrocarbons. "Our company, our country and the world face formidable challenges in making oil a clean energy source - especially in addressing the challenges of global warming and climate change," Jum'ah said, noting that the new King Abdullah University of Science and Technology will play a major role in the future development of the Kingdom's economy. He also told the students that they would be providing the real energy - the brainpower - to shape the future. --MORE
