MANSOUR BIN SALIH AL-ZUGHAIBI, CHIEF OF DEVELOPMENT UNIT AT SDF AND ABDULLAH AL-SHATER, UNDERSECRETARY OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION FOR PROJECTS PROGRAMMING SIGNED THE AGREEMENT. ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT, SDA PROVIDES A LOAN WORTH $30 MILLION TO SET UP A CENTRAL HOSPITAL IN AL-HUDAIDAH, $12 MILLION TO ESTABLISH A FACULTY OF MEDICINE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF TAEZ; AND $ 42 MILLION TO SET UP A UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL IN THE PROVINCE OF HADRAMOUT.
