SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE WORLD MUSLIM LEAGUE (MWL) DR ABDULLAH BIN ABDUL-MOHSIN AL-TURKI RECEIVED HERE TODAY KENYAN AMBASSADOR TO THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA ABU BAKR TOBO ABDI.
THEY REVIEWED ISSUES OF MUTUAL INTEREST INCLUDING THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN KENYA.
THE AMBASSADOR REITERATED THE KEENNESS OF KENYA ON PROMOTING COOPERATION WITH THE MWL IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION OF ARABIC LANGUAGE, WHICH WILL BE WELCOMED BY THE KENYAN MUSLIMS.
THE AMBASSADOR EXPRESSED APPRECIATION FOR THE ROLE BEING PLAYED BY THE MWL IN SPREADING THE PROPER ISLAMIC CULTURE AMONG THE MUSLIMS IN AFRICA.
THE AMBASSADOR ALSO LAUDED THE EFFORTS BEING EXERTED BY SAUDI ARABIA IN THE SERVICE OF ISLAM AND MUSLIMS AND SUPPORTING THE ISLAMIC EDUCATION IN AFRICA.
