Saudi Higher Education Minister arrives in Baku

The Minister of Higher Education Dr.Khalid bin Mohammad Al-Anqari and his accompanying delegation arrived here today on an official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Al-Anqari's visit is in response to an invitation extended to him by Azerbaijan's Higher Education Minister.
Al-Anqari's delegation includes a number of Saudi Universities rectors and senior officials of the Higher Education Ministry.
This visit also comes within the framework of scientific and cultural cooperation between the two countries, which includes the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (Mou) between Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Azerbaijan and visits to a number of universities and scientific centers in Azerbaijan.
