LIEUTENANT GENERAL ABDULRAHMAN BIN ALI AL-RIBAI'AN WAS PROMOTED TO THE RANK OF GENERAL, A ROYAL ORDER ISSUED BY THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ, WHO IS ALSO SUPREME COMMANDER OF THE ARMED FORCES, SAID HERE TODAY.
ACCORDING TO ROYAL ORDER, WHICH WAS BASED ON A RECOMMENDATION OF PRINCE NAIF BIN ABDULAZIZ, THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR, LIEUTENANT GENERAL ABDULRAHMAN BIN ALI AL-RIBAI'AN WILL BECOME GENERAL WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
