Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak will meet in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-sheik next week, an Israeli government official said. The official did not say what day the meeting would take place. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the meeting had not been officially announced, the Associated Press reported. After an unannounced meeting last week with Jordan's King Abdullah II, Olmert called Mubarak, and the two leaders agreed to meet soon. Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit will visit Israel on Wednesday for meetings with top Israeli officials.
