Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim Bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Assaf has highlighted the government spending under the General State Budget for the year 1427/1428 and said it would continue to be focused on development projects in various sectors and the balance in the current development needs and future requirements for the coming generations. In an interview with the First channel of the Saudi Television, telecast last night, he said an amount of SR 140 billion is allocated under the new fiscal year budget for new programs and projects. He said a sum of SR 100 billion from the budget surplus has been transferred to the state reserves. --MORE
