Israeli troops shot dead a Palestinian civilian on Monday during a raid in the West Bank to arrest a militant, who was wounded along with a teenage bystander in the incident, Palestinian security sources said, according to Reuters. The Palestinian security sources said Israeli forces raided a coffee shop in the city of Tulkarm where a member of al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, part of President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah faction, was sitting. The soldiers shot the militant in the legs and then arrested him, the sources said. During the raid, the troops shot and killed a civilian and wounded a 14-year-old boy in the head, the sources said.
