The Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Khalid bin Muhammad Al-Anqari, received here today the Minister of Education in South Africa Nalid Bandoro and the accompanying delegation. During the meeting, they signed a memorandum of understanding between the two countries in the field of higher education, scientific research and cooperation between the Saudi and South African universities. They also discussed the scientific cooperation between the two countries.
