YEMENI PRESIDENT ALI ABDULLAH SALEH WILL LEAVE TODAY FOR DOHA IN RESPONSE TO AN INVITATION FROM QATARI EMIR SHEIKH HAMAD BIN KHALIFA AL-THANI. IN A STATEMENT TO SANAA-BASED SEPTEMBER 26 NEWSPAPER, YEMENI FOREIGN MINISTER DR ABU BAKR AL-KURBI SAID PRESIDENT SALEH WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE INAUGURAL CEREMONY OF THE ASIAN GAMES ON FRIDAY. THE YEMENI PRESIDENT WILL ALSO REVIEW WITH THE QATARI EMIR THE BILATERAL RELATIONS BETWEEN YEMEN AND QATAR AS WELL AS THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS IN PALESTINE AND IRAQ AND OTHER ISSUES PERTAINING TO THE ARAB SOLIDARITY.
