Condoleeza Rice to Meet Abbas on Thursday

According to Palestinian sources, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice will meet on Thursday with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas during a visit to the West Bank.
Palestinian negotiator told Reuters that Rice and Abbas will meet in Jericho.
Rice this week will be attending an economic and development conference in Jordan, and will probably meet with Palestinians and Israelis to discuss a way to hold to the fragile ceasefire in Gaza, according to U.S. sources.
