King sends message to Kuwaiti Emir

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz has sent a message to Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, inviting him to participate in the Seventh Summit of the GCC (The Arab Gulf Cooperation Council) Supreme Council, due to take place in Riyadh in December.
The message was handed over to the Emir by Saudi Minister of State and member of the Cabinet Dr Abdulaziz Al-Khuwaiter during a reception in Kuwait today.
