ON HIS PART, PRINCE SAUD SAID THAT JUBAIL AND YANBU ARE NOW MAJOR INVESTMENT CENTERS IN THE REGION WHERE TRANSPARENCY IS APPLIED TO GAIN MORE REVENUES FOR THE COUNTRY AND THE PEOPLE OF SAUDI ARABIA.
