THE SIXTH MEETING FOR THE SAUDI-BRITISH JOINT COMMISSION WHICH IS CONCERNED WITH SPORTS AND YOUTH WELFARE, BEGAN YESTERDAY ITS DELIBERATIONS AT THE FOREIGN OFFICE IN LONDON. THE MEETING WAS CO-CHAIRED BY SAUDI UNDERSECRETARY OF THE YOUTH WELFARE DR SALEH BIN NASSER AND JOHN STEEL, THE EXECUTIVE PRESIDENT FOR SPORTS AFFAIRS. THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE FOUR-DAY MEETING ARE SCHEDULED TO REVIEW ISSUES PERTAINING TO YOUTH AND SPORTS. THEY REVIEWED THE ARTICLES OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU), DUE TO BE SINGED BY SAUDI ARABIA AND BRITAIN IN LONDON SOON. THE MoU WILL BE PERTAINING TO SPORTS AND YOUTH ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS EXCHANGE OF EXPERTISE IN THE SPORTS SPHERE.
