Bosnia-Herzegovina is the 136th country to ratify the global ban on nuclear testing, the Vienna-based Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) said Tuesday, according to Deutsche Presse-Agentur dpa. Bosnia formally deposited the ratification documents with the United Nations on October 26, to become the 21st nation in Eastern European region to ratify the treaty. The treaty, which bans all nuclear weapons tests and nuclear- related explosions has been signed by 176 nations and ratified by 136.
