SECRETARY GENERAL OF MAKKAH-BASED MUSLIM WORLD LEAGUE (MWL) DR ABDULLAH AL-TURKI MET HERE YESTERDAY WITH HEADS OF THE ISLAMIC SOCIETIES AND CENTERS IN SOUTH AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN COUNTRIES.
SPEAKING ON THE OCCASION, DR AL-TURKI UNDERSCORED THE IMPORTANCE OF ENHANCING COOPERATION AMONG THE ISLAMIC SOCIETIES AND CENTERS.
MEANWHILE, DR AL-TURKI REVIEWED HERE YESTERDAY WITH THE HEAD OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF FOREIGN RELATIONS AND RELIGIONS IN ARGENTINE ASPECTS OF COOPERATION BETWEEN THE MUSLIM WORLD AND ARGENTINE AS WELL AS THE SITUATION OF THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY IN ARGENTINE.
DR AL-TURKI ALSO MET YESTERDAY THE ARGENTINEAN VICE-PRESIDENT AND SPEAKER OF THE SENATE.
