DONATIONS AMOUNTED TO MORE THAN SR 51 MILLION TO THE ONGOING POPULAR DONATION CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED TODAY BY THE FIRST CHANNEL OF THE SAUDI TELEVISION TO ASSIST ORPHANS AND AFFLICTED PEOPLE OF TSUNAMI EARTHQUAKE.
DURING THE TELETHON, THE TELEVISION HOSTS DR. AHMED MOHAMMED ALI, PRESIDENT OF ISLAMIC DEVELOPMENT BANK AND PROF. EKMELEDDIN IHSAN OGLU, THE SECRETARY GENERAL OF ORGANIZATION OF ISLAMIC CONFERENCE TO ADDRESS THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS CAMPAIGN IN THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMADAN.
