TURKEY'S PRIME MINISTER RECEP TAYYIP ERDOGAN LEFT HERE TONIGHT AFTER A PRIVATE VISIT TO THE KINGDOM DURING WHICH HE PERFORMED UMRAH (MINOR HAJJ) IN MAKKAH AND VISITED THE PROPHET IN THIS MUSLIM'S SECOND HOLIEST CITY.
AT PRINCE MOHAMMED BIN ABDULAZIZ INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, HE WAS SEEN OFF BY PRINCE ABDULAZIZ BIN MAJED BIN ABDULAZIZ, GOVERNOR OF ALMADINAH ALMUNAWARAH REGION, IYAD BIN AMEEN MADANI, MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION, AND SENIOR CIVIL AND MILITARY OFFICIALS.
WHILE IN ALMADINAH, ERDOGAN VISITED THE PROPHET'S MOSQUE, GREETED THE PROPHET AND PERFORMED PRAYER. AT THE GATE OF THE HOLY MOSQUE, HE WAS RECEIVED BY SENIOR OFFICIALS.
