Rice to visit Mideast to push Arab-Israeli peace

U.S. Secretary of State
Condoleezza Rice plans to visit the Middle East next week in an
effort to revive peace moves between Israel and the
Palestinians, the State Department said on Thursday, according to Reuters.
Rice will leave Washington on Sunday, State Department spokesman Sean McCormack told reporters at his daily briefing.
