IN 1425-1426 THE MINISTRY ALLOCATED MORE THAN SR 477 MILLION FOR THE HANDICAPPED, AND MORE THAN 125850 OF THE HANDICAPPED CHILDREN BENEFITED FROM THE ALLOCATIONS. IN 1382, THE MINISTRY ESTABLISHED THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL INSURANCE. IN 1395 THE DEPARTMENT WAS TURNED INTO AN AGENCY FOR THE AFFAIRS OF SOCIAL INSURANCE. MEANWHILE, THE MINISTRY HAS BEEN GIVING A GREAT ATTENTION TO THE RESEARCHES AND STUDIES WHICH ARE CONCERNED WITH SOLVING SOCIAL PROBLEMS AND DEVELOPING SKILLS OF THE WORKFORCE. IT ALSO ORGANIZES TRAINING COURSES AT ITS TRAINING AND SOCIAL RESEARCH CENTERS FOR IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF ITS EMPLOYEES.
