AT THE OUTSET OF THE MEETING, THE MINISTER CONVEYED THE GREETINGS OF THE FRENCH PRESIDENT JACQUES CHIRAC. IN TURN, THE MONARCH SENT HIS GREETINGS TO THE FRENCH PRESIDENT.
