PRINCE SAUD AL-FAISAL, THE FOREIGN MINISTER, ARRIVED HERE TODAY TO LEAD THE SAUDI DELEGATION AT THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE ARAB FOREIGN MINISTERS, DUE TO BE HELD IN THE EGYPTIAN CAPITAL LATER TODAY.
PRINCE SAUD WAS WELCOMED AT CAIRO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BY EGYPTIAN FOREIGN MINISTER AHMAD ABUL-GHAIT AND A NUMBER OF SENIOR OFFICIALS.
