ACCORDING TO THE SECOND ORDER, THE SERVICE OF PRINCE FAHD BIN BANDAR BIN ABDULAZIZ AS GOVERNOR OF ALJOAF REGION WILL BE EXTENDED FOR FOUR YEARS, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 17, 2006 CORRESPONDING TO 24 SHAABAN 1427 H.
