A bomb exploded near a market in the southern Iraqi city of Basra on Saturday, killing at least three people and wounding two, police sources said. Iraqiya state television said the bomb exploded inside an electronics shop. Basra, Iraq's second city, had been relatively stable compared to other parts of the country.
