MINISTER OF FINANCE DR IBRAHIM AL-ASSAF HAS HIGHLIGHTED THE IMPORTANCE OF THE REAL ESTATE FUND, AND SAID IT EXTENDED SINCE ITS ESTABLISHMENT IN 1395 UP TO THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR 1424-1425 SR 126,729,000,000 WORTH LOANS.
INTRODUCING THE ANNUAL REPORT OF THE REAL ESTATE FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1423-1424 – 1424-1425 DR AL-ASSAF SAID THE NUMBER OF THE HOUSING UNITS DISTRIBUTED BY THE FUND BY THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR 1424-1425 IN VARIOUS NINE CITIES AMOUNTED TO 20,313.
THE ANNUAL REPORT NOTED THAT THE FUND HAS BEEN EXTENDING SERVICES TO VARIOUS CITIES, VILLAGES AND HAMLETS THROUGH ITS 25 BRANCHES.
THE REPORT SAID IN THE FISCAL YEAR 1423-1424 THE FUND EXTENDED SR 1.875 BILLION , WHILE IN THE FISCAL YEAR 1424-1425 IT EXTENDED SR 1.645 BILLION WORTH LOANS.
IN THE FIELD OF INVESTMENT LOANS, THE FUND HAS EXTENDED SR 4.668 BILLION.
