Mexico's top electoral court ordered a partial recount on Saturday in a fiercely disputed presidential election, but it was unlikely to satisfy the leftist candidate who has threatened massive protests if all the votes are not counted again, Reuters reported. The seven judges of the electoral court ordered votes recounted at 11,839 of the almost 130,500 voting stations around the country.
