The Arab red crescent and cross organization have deplored the barbaric massacre committed by the Israeli forces against the innocent civilians in the Lebanese city of Qana, as well as the continuation of the Israeli savage aggression on Lebanon and the Palestinian people. 'These practices have provided a clear evidence Israel's open and shameful disrespect towards the international law and Geneva convention pertaining to the protection of civilians', said the statement issued by the organization. The statement urged the Arab red crescent and cross societies as well as the international and national organizations working in the humanitarian sphere to intensify their efforts for helping the Palestinians and the Lebanese people. The statement hailed the support extended by Saudi Arabia to the Lebanese people.
