Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr Hashim Yamani has approved the establishment of Ro'ya Real Estate Investment Company as a stock company with a capital SR 100 million. The capital is split into 10 million shares, and the value of each share is SR 10. The founders of the Riyadh-based company have already paid the entire capital. The company will be concerned with purchase and development of plots and real estates, and building residential and commercial buildings and other similar activities. The company will be managed by a five-member board of directors to be appointed by the company's general assembly for a period of three years. The period of the company's first board of directors will be five years.
