A SUICIDE BOMBER BLEW HIMSELF UP IN A POPULAR CAFE NORTH OF BAGHDAD ON SUNDAY, KILLING 13 PEOPLE AND WOUNDING 26, POLICE AND HOSPITAL SOURCES SAID, ACCORDING TO REUTERS.
THE BLAST TOOK PLACE IN THE TOWN OF TUZ KHURMATU, 170 KM (106 MILES) NORTH OF BAGHDAD, COLONEL ABBAS MOHAMMED TOLD REUTERS.
