SMOKE BILLOWED FROM THE DEBRIS THROUGHOUT A FRANTIC RESCUE OPERATION AND CONTINUED TO EMERGE FOR HOURS AFTER THE MORNING BLAST. TEN FIREFIGHTERS AND FIVE CIVILIANS WERE INJURED.
