A SUSPECTED TAMIL TIGER BLAST KILLED SIX PEOPLE IN SRI LANKA'S NORTHEAST ON MONDAY AS A TOP INDIAN DIPLOMAT VISITED THE ISLAND TO DISCUSS RISING VIOLENCE THAT MANY FEAR COULD TRIGGER A NEW CIVIL WAR.
