ISRAELI FOREIGN MINISTER TZIPI LIVNI WAS IN MOSCOW ON MONDAY FOR TALKS WITH HER RUSSIAN COUNTERPART.
LIVNI TOLD RUSSIA'S NEZAVISIMAYA GAZETA DAILY THAT SHE HAD «HEARD CLEAR STATEMENTS FROM THE LEADERSHIP OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ABOUT THE NEED TO FIGHT TERRORISM,» THE NEWSPAPER REPORTED.
THE ITAR-TASS NEWS AGENCY SAID THAT LIVNI AND RUSSIAN
FOREIGN MINISTER SERGEY LAVROV WOULD ALSO DISCUSS THE
IRANIAN NUCLEAR PROGRAM.
LIVNI WAS ALSO DUE TO MEET WITH THE HEAD OF RUSSIA'S
