A suicide bomber detonated at a gas station in central Kirkuk on Tuesday, causing many casualties, according to a senior police official in the northern Iraqi city. The suicide bomber was dressed in civilian clothing but drove into the gas station with two men wearing Iraqi police uniforms, the official said. The two men in uniforms left the scene before the man detonated himself, CNN REPORTED. Atleast 11 vehicles were damaged in the blast. Meanwhile, the U.S. military Tuesday announced that a Marine and two soldiers have died in recent violence in Iraq.
