Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, on the occasion of his inauguration as Emir of Qatar.
In his cable, Crown Prince Sultan wished the Emir of Qatar continual health and happiness and the people of Qatar steady progress and prosperity.
