Britain will seek to extradite a man arrested in Morocco in connection with the UK's biggest cash robbery, police said on Monday. The 26-year-old Briton from London is wanted for questioning over the £53 million ($97 million) armed raid on a cash depot in Kent, southeast England, in February. The man, who has not been named, was arrested in a shopping center in the Moroccan capital, Rabat, on Sunday, REUTERS reported. "The man is now in custody pending extradition proceedings," a Kent Police spokeswoman said. More details were expected later on Monday. The arrests came after a three-month investigation by Moroccan police in cooperation with their British counterparts. British police have charged seven people in connection with the February 22 robbery on the Securitas depot.
