A TWIN OTTER PASSENGER PLANE BELONGING TO A PRIVATE NEPALI AIRLINE CRASHED MINUTES BEFORE LANDING IN THE WEST OF THE COUNTRY ON WEDNESDAY, KILLING ALL NINE PEOPLE ON BOARD, AIRPORT OFFICIALS SAID.
