THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ HAS SENT A CABLE OF CONGRATULATION TO PHILIPPINES'S PRESIDENT GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO ON THE OCCASION OF HER COUNTRY'S INDEPENDENCE DAY.
A SIMILAR CABLE OF CONGRATULATIONS WAS SENT TO HER BY CROWN PRINCE SULTAN BIN ABDULAZIZ, THE DEPUTY PREMIER, DEFENSE AND AVIATION MINISTER AND INSPECTOR GENERAL.
