Prince Abdul-Rahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense and Aviation patronized here yesterday the graduation ceremony of the 56th batch of students graduating from the Naval Technical Studies Institute. Prince Abdulrahman was accompanied by Prince Mohammad bin Fahd, Governor of Eastern Province. On arrival at the military parade ground, the venue of the ceremony, Prince Abdul-Rahman was greeted by a number of princes and high-ranking officers. Speaking on the occasion, the Institute's Commander Rear Admiral Abdullah Al-Darweesh expressed his pleasure over the gracing of the ceremony by Prince Abdul-Rahman and the graduation of these students. He affirmed the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz to develop and enhance the level of education in all sectors of the armed forces. Rear Admiral Al-Darweesh called on the new graduates to abide by Islamic teachings and be productive members of of the armed forces.
